Getting started

Pick your platform and server type, then follow the matching guide.

Two things decide which guide you need: what you play on, and which server you play against.

Online means you connect to the shared March7thHoney server. Sign-in to the launcher is optional, and latency depends on where you are.

Local means the server runs on your own machine. Signing in to Cyrene Launcher is required, and the launcher downloads and updates the local server package for you.

What you need first

  1. The launcherdownload the latest Windows release. It is a single portable executable.
  2. A game client. The server does not distribute client or diff files; see beta client.
  3. A game account for online play — register in game, or at march7th.hoyotoon.com.

A Cyrene account (this website) and a game account are different things. The Cyrene account is what the launcher signs in with; see account & linking.

After your first launch

  • Use SRTools to give yourself characters, Light Cones and Relics.
  • Enhanced characters need enhanced state(加强状态) switched on in game, or their kit behaves like the base version.
  • Watch #announcement and #update for maintenance windows.
